These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products on the website Puddleez®. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
The main products sold on our website are reusable cloth diapers, training pants, and related baby accessories. Product descriptions and photos are provided for information purposes only.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in [currency – to be defined, e.g. EUR or GBP] including applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the delivery destination.
4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Puddleez® does not store any banking details.
5. Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:

Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Australia: 3 to 10 business days

Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days
Delays may occur depending on customs or logistics, and Puddleez® cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.
6. Returns & Refunds

Reusable cloth diapers & training pants: You may return these items within 60 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Other products: You may return these items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return costs are at the customer’s expense.

7. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued at the customer’s choice:

By the same payment method used for the order, OR

By store credit / voucher, which may include a bonus amount offered by Puddleez®.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
8. Legal Warranty
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) in accordance with EU consumer law.
This warranty applies to hidden defects and non-conformity of products.
9. Limitation of Liability
Puddleez® cannot be held responsible for improper use of products, delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs), or damages resulting from use that does not comply with product instructions.

Personal data is processed in compliance with EU GDPR and UK GDPR. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
However, if you are a consumer residing in another country, you will also benefit from the mandatory consumer rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
In case of a dispute, and unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws, the competent courts in France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
