We mainly ship our products within the United Kingdom, but we also deliver internationally. 🌍 No matter where you are, we’ll make sure your order finds its way to you!
Standard delivery within the UK and Europe takes 3–10 business days from dispatch. For the rest of the world, delivery may take 7–15 business days.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel.
We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available).

You can return items within 60 days (for cloth diapers & training pants) or 14 days (for other products), as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are initially paid by the customer. However, once your return is processed, you’ll receive a store credit (voucher) to cover the return costs, which can be used on your next purchase.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
