Hi, I’m Emily Carter. Before Puddleez®, I was a pediatrician — and a brand new mom.
Like many young parents, my husband and I believed potty training would be one of those natural steps that “just happen” with time. We thought a few weeks of patience would do the trick.

But the reality? It was much harder than we expected.
Weeks turned into months. We tried different methods, endless tips from friends, and late-night internet searches. Some days it felt like progress, but most days it felt like a battle. The stress was real — and it started to overshadow the joy of parenting.

I often found myself asking: “If I’m a doctor, if I’ve guided hundreds of families through early childhood… why am I failing at this with my own child?”

As a pediatrician, I had seen countless families struggle with potty training. But living it myself was a whole new level.
It wasn’t just about accidents or laundry — it was about confidence, peace of mind, and the happiness of our child.

One night, after another exhausting day, my husband and I looked at each other and agreed: “This can’t go on. There has to be a better way.”
That’s when the idea of Puddleez® was born.

Puddleez® was created out of a very personal need — to make potty training faster, easier, and less stressful.
